2. Guide wheels

A guide wheel or roller ensures that an object follows the trajectory. The guide roller rolls into a profile or on a rail that determines the trajectory. When guiding, the forces on the wheel are usually limited. Impact load or taking turns give extra load on the wheel.

Properties Printhopan® thermoplastic polyurethane 59 Shore D

  • Temperature range: -20°C to +35°C, short-term to +60°C.
  • 59 Shore D (brown color) and 74 Shore D (beige color).
  • Sound attenuating
  • Resistant to oils, grease and numerous chemicals
  • Non-marking
  • Wear-resistant
  • Medium load capacity
