Series made of Vulkollan® polyurethane (seperately or in housing)
Vulkollan® is the benchmark polyurethane elastomer in the market, combining excellent mechanical properties for highest dynamical load bearing capacity and abrasion resistance. That is why you will find Vulkollan® in the most demanding applications. Reliable performance and maximum service life are the main distinguishing factors of Vulkoprin wheels made of Vulkollan® polyurethane.
Extra Heavy : wheeldiameter 250<>600 mm / tread width 100<>200 mm with loading capacity till 9200kg.
Heavy: wheeldiameter 150<>500 mm / tread width 80 mm with loading capacity till 3000kg.

Light till medium duty
Series made of thermoplastic polyurethane (only in housing)
is a synthetic thermoplastic resin offering high elasticity, a broad range of hardnesses, good resistance to chemical agents and capacity for colouring, good sliding, and silence when rolling. It has good mechanical properties. It does not require special disposal at the end of its lifespan and can easily be recycled.
WKGK : with aluminium core, seperately or with steel pressed housing construction. Load capacity till 800kg. Wheeldiameters 100, 125, 160 and 200 mm.
Series made of polyamide (only in housing)
Products made of polyamide 6, normally referred to as nylon, are injection pressed thermoplastics. Polyamide 6 has a low friction coefficient which ensures good sliding. It has a high breaking point and low wear, which makes for a long-lasting product which is insensitive to chemical and atmospheric agents. Its low specific weight also makes polyamide 6 products lightweight. Polyamide 6 has an excellent ability to absorb colour. It does not require special disposal at the end of its useful lifespan and is easily recycled
PLSK : seperately or with steel pressed housing. Load capacaity till 550kg. Wheeldiameters 80, 100, 125, 150 and 200 mm.
PLVG : seperately or with steel pressed housing. Load capacity till 300kg. Wheeldiameters 100, 125, 150 and 200 mm. Also available in inox.
Series made of rubber (only in housing)
Elastic rubber is produced with a mix type specifically intended to offer optimum sliding, good resistance to abrasion and an excellent load capacity. It should not be used for extended periods of time at temperatures over 70°C.
ENAY: seperately or in steel pressed housing. Load capacity till 400kg.
RGVR : seperately or in steel pressed housing. Load capacity till 300kg. Wheeldiameters 100, 125, 160 and 200 mm.
RTFK : seperately or in stainless steel pressed housing. Load capacity till 105kg. Wheeldiameters 75, 100 and 125 mm.
